1. How do I place an order?
Search through the Cartoon Gallery to Choose a Cartoon with a theme that meets your needs. Proceed with the link to place the order. Send us the information required to personalize the cartoon to orders (at) CartoonGiftShop.com.

2. How do I cancel / change an order?
Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. If a delivery attempt is made and a package is refused you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges.

Absolutely, this is a secured site. You purchase using Google Checkout. We do not keep your credit card information.

We ship First class mail USPS the next business day after we receive your order.

The mat is the rigid colored board that goes around the cartoon.

Send us an email on the Contact Us page. Let us know your name. Give us the correct spelling and we will make the changes on your order. Please send it as soon as possible, as your order will be shipped the following business day.
